About GymKit UK

GymKit UK is a growing fitness industry business specialising in the distribution of premium fitness and wellness products, including Renpho, Peak Pilates, bespoke locker solutions, and new commercial gym equipment. As our operations continue to expand, we are looking for a hands-on and organised Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse and logistics operations.

The Role

This is a key operational role responsible for the smooth running of the warehouse, stock control, and coordination of deliveries. You will play an important part in ensuring orders are accurately prepared, dispatched on time, and stock levels are well managed. The role may also require occasional travel to assist with deliveries and on-site installations when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations
• Manage incoming deliveries, containers, and stock intake
• Plan and coordinate daily dispatches and deliveries
• Maintain accurate stock records and complete monthly stocktakes
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and prepared correctly
• Liaise with customers and internal teams regarding deliveries
• Maintain stock inventory and ensure it is kept up to date daily
• Ensure the warehouse is organised, efficient, and compliant with health & safety standards
• Occasional travel to assist with deliveries and installations when required

Skills & Experience

• At least 1 year’s experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with a professional and customer-focused approach
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, thorough, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Licences & Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• FLT licence desirable (training can be provided)
• Willingness to work longer hours when business needs require
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (flexibility required)
