As a Production Operative, you will be part of a dedicated team involved in the production, assembly, and packing of key components for our fire detection and suppression sprinkler systems. The assembly process includes several different tasks, and your role may involve working across all areas. This gives you the opportunity to learn new skills, gain hands‑on experience, and develop a strong understanding of the full production process. Key Responsibilities As a successful Production Operative, you will: Support the achievement of daily production targets on the assembly line. Ensure finished goods are produced efficiently to maintain the business stock profile. Ensure finished goods pass the quality control tests so they are up to regulations. Contribute directly to the ability of our UK and international sales teams to meet customer demand. Play a vital part in supporting the company’s ongoing growth strategy.
