Job Overview
We are looking for an organised and detail orientated Administrative Assistant to assist with a variety of clerical tasks to support the various functions across the business. This role is essential for maintaining office operations and the ideal candidate with be efficient in using Microsoft applications and other office software and be confident in communicating with all external stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering the telephone and connecting phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Assist with processing online orders, purchase orders, and assisting with sales quotations
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to provide timely and effective administrative support to the management team
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Requirements / Qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accurancy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic with a commitment to maintaining high standards
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 3pm (Flexible, Part-Time)
Starting Salary £12.21ph
